This teacake is made entirely with wholegrains & sweetened with unrefined sugar but it's unlikely you will know it. Made using organic ragi flour and a bit of atta, this cake is soft, tender & with a super chocolately flavour. The jaggery in the cake adds a depth of flavour that's complex and moreish. We also add some dark chocolate chips to the cake batter to add to the decadence without adding much sweetness..
